Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and requests in a professional and courteous manner, promoting a positive customer experience.
- Operations: Establish work schedules, authorize payments, and order merchandise as needed.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail or customer service role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
