Gas Station Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at B.C. in a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and manage a team of 3-4 staff members
- Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory
- Establish work schedules, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a safe working environment
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- College, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Urban area with a retail business setting
- On-site customer service and sales
- Free parking available
- English
- 32-40 hours per week
