Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at B.C. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our gas station, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job responsibilities.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Operations: Authorize payments, order merchandise, and establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment:
  • Work Setting: Urban area, retail business, on-site customer service.
  • Transportation: Own transportation required.
