Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at B.C. As a key member of our retail business, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and that we have a sufficient supply of merchandise.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Merchandise Control: Authorize the return of merchandise, manage sales volumes, and prepare reports on sales and personnel matters.
- Security and Safety: Ensure that our gas station is secure and safe for customers and employees, conducting regular checks and implementing measures to prevent theft and accidents.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail business environment.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and reliability.
- Work Setting: Urban area, retail business, on-site customer service.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, and walking, standing for extended periods.
- Free Parking: Available on-site.
- Employment Type: Permanent.
- Language of Work: English.
- Hours of Work: 32 to 40 hours per week.
