Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at A-1 Pizza Port Hawkesbury. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and minimize costs.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and maintain high-quality products.
- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, supply chain management, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the restaurant complies with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety regulations and liquor legislation.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. They will also be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
