Our Requirements: We are in search of enthusiastic and dynamic individuals
who will lead programs for children aged 8-16 years. Youth Program
Facilitators will be tasked with delivering engaging activities for their
assigned groups, assisting in program planning, and overseeing participants.
Activities may involve: developing prototypes, designing branding materials, conducting
market analysis, creating online platforms, and formulating sales presentations.
They will also play a key role in implementing safety protocols and maintaining
effective communication with supervisors and guardians.

Responsibilities of a Youth Program Facilitator:
  • Organize, execute, and supervise all activities related to Startup Skool and its participants.
  • Deliver the entrepreneurial curriculum and guide students through the business development process using various methods: hands-on activities, direct instruction, collaborative projects, and individualized support.
  • Teach with enthusiasm, adaptability, and expertise while mentoring students throughout the program.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe environment, including all program areas and common spaces. Assist with setup and cleanup.
  • Maintain regular communication with Coordinators and Directors to ensure all operational tasks for Startup Skool are efficiently managed.
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Outgoing, innovative, and entrepreneurial in spirit.
  • Possesses strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrates effective leadership and group management skills.
  • University students pursuing business studies in their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year.
  • Able to provide a clear criminal record check.
  • Standard First Aid and CPR/AED certification is required (can be obtained prior to the program).
  • Preferably has experience in summer camps, tutoring, or working with youth.

Compensation and Details:
  • Training will take place online and in person.
  • Programs run Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM during the summer months.
  • Compensation varies based on experience.
