About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Director to lead our product development initiatives and drive innovation at ERLPhase Power Technologies Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for spearheading and maintaining our competitive edge in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams to identify market trends and new innovations in the Power Systems sector.
  • Develop and propose product development initiatives, working closely with internal technical resources and senior management.
  • Maintain and update existing product lines, ensuring they meet industry standards.
  • Conceptualize, assess, and define projects encompassing hardware, firmware, and software.
  • Define project scope, goals, and objectives in alignment with business goals.
  • Participate in product development initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of features and functionality.
  • Estimate budget, resources, and skills required for project validation and productization.
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance internal skill-sets and promote accountability.
  • Build and maintain business relationships essential for project success.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with a focus on Power Systems.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in similar electric power systems, with a strong understanding of industry practices and philosophies.
  • Ability to compile and assess information from various sources to develop actionable development specifications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer and business software skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
  • Background check results satisfactory to ERLPhase.
  • A valid driver's license and a passport.
