Paterson GlobalFoods Inc. is seeking a seasoned Information Technology Director to lead our IT team and drive technology innovation across the organization.
This senior technology role is responsible for overseeing all technology aspects within the company, including direct supervision of the Supervisor of Systems & Networks and the Senior Programmer Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the application development team and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Oversee the technology support team and provide expert guidance on technical issues.
- Implement network security and cybersecurity plans to protect the company's digital assets.
- Approve and supervise all technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Select and negotiate with vendors and consultants to secure the best technology solutions.
- Supervise and mentor technology staff, providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Develop the overall technology direction and resiliency plan, ensuring the company remains competitive in the market.
- Participate in the corporate management team, providing strategic input on business decisions.
- Lead the GMS business needs and activities team, driving technology-enabled business growth.
- Create and supervise technology policies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a senior technology leadership position, with a proven track record of driving technology innovation.
- Strong technical expertise, with a deep understanding of IT systems and cybersecurity.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire technology teams.
