We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Technology Officer to join our team at People First HR Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our technology strategy, ensuring that our systems and processes are aligned with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Technology Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that supports our business goals and objectives.
- System Development and Maintenance: Oversee the development and maintenance of our in-house systems and supporting technologies, including networks, servers, databases, and cloud services.
- Cyber Security and Risk Management: Develop and implement effective cyber security programs and incident response plans to protect our systems and data from potential threats.
- Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our technology vendors to ensure high-quality and cost-effective service delivery.
- Documentation and Communication: Develop and maintain documentation of our technology design and structure, and communicate technical information effectively to a range of audiences, including executive leadership and Board members.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field; an MBA is ideal.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior technology leadership role, with a proven track record of developing and implementing technology strategies.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and emerging technologies, with a focus on cyber security, network security, and system changes. Experience ensuring operational integrity of mainframe environments (iSeries or AS400) is also essential.
- Leadership and Communication: Demonstrated ability to present technical content to diverse audiences, including executive leadership and Board members, and a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
