About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Specialist to join our team at 10 Star Construction Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials to construct and repair structures.
  • Fabricate and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware to ensure a high-quality finish.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of other tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Maintain, repair and renovate residential and commercial properties, including wooden structures in various settings.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work in a fast-paced construction environment, with a combination of sitting, standing and walking.
  • Perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, crouching and kneeling.
  • Work in a variety of settings, including construction sites, residential and commercial properties.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
