Restaurant Operations Manager

Mahakal Foods Ltd is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team to success.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and optimize daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and organize daily tasks, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain a high-performing team.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best food and supply arrangements.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant regulations.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Accurate and efficient in all aspects of job performance.
