Your Role

We're seeking a seasoned Regional Director, Commercial Sales to lead a high-volume sales team, driving ROI in an efficient value-based cycle. This leader will excel in tech sales, customer relationships, and team development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve growth targets.
  • Identify, target, and close high-quality campaigns and partnerships.
  • Accurately report and forecast pipeline and performance.
  • Develop strategies to improve sales process, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Support Account Executives with guidance, coaching, and strategic deal planning.
  • Advocate for the team and contribute to building a strong sales organization.
Requirements
  • 2-3+ years of relevant experience in sales leadership, recruiting, and employee development.
  • Proven track record of scaling sales teams and attaining sales targets.
  • Experience in increasing sales efficiency and productivity across a dynamic team.
  • Background in operating in hyper-growth environments.
Nice to Have
  • Experience selling to procurement, accounting, finance, IT, and legal teams.
  • Proficiency in Clari, Gong, Salesforce, and Outreach.
