Job Title: Senior Change Management Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Management Consultant to join our team at Global Pharma Tek.

About the Role:

This is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading medium to large transformational change projects and developing effective change management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management plans that include communication, coaching, training, and resistance management activities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and assess change impacts to business processes and technology solutions.
  • Apply structured change management approaches and methodologies to drive adoption and utilization.
  • Define and measure success metrics to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency related to changes.
  • Provide expert-level consulting services to engage with stakeholders and ensure effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in change management, with a focus on transformational change projects.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective change management strategies.
  • Strong presentation and group facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to inform executive decision-making and report status to corporate governance bodies.
