This is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading medium to large transformational change projects and developing effective change management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management plans that include communication, coaching, training, and resistance management activities.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement activities, particularly in a healthcare context.
  • Apply structured change management approaches and methodologies to support project initiatives.
  • Define and measure success metrics to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency related to changes.

Requirements:
