Position Overview:
We are seeking a Hospitality Services Representative to become a part of our team at Sensei Lanai, A Four Seasons Resort. As a member of the Guest Services Team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that guests feel welcomed and well-cared-for during their visit. Your responsibilities will encompass greeting guests, assisting with luggage, providing orientation about the hotel, and more.
- Exceptional personal presentation and interpersonal abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail and capability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift weights up to 50lbs
- Friendly and inviting demeanor with a positive outlook
- Familiarity with the local area
Qualifications:
Applicants must possess valid work authorization for the U.S. and a driver's license.
