Hospitality Territory Sales and Service Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Service Manager to join our team at Ecolab. As a key member of our Institutional division, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive sales and service solutions to our customers in the hospitality and food service industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to grow sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Prospect and secure new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in sales and service to drive revenue growth.
- Provide technical support and training to customers on our products and services, ensuring they are fully operational and compliant with industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or food service industries.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
- Ability to travel to the US for training and meetings.
- Proof of Covid vaccination may be required based on client site requirements.
- No immigration sponsorship available.
Physical Demands:
- Lifting and carrying – up to 50 pounds, regularly.
- Manipulating heavy items, equipment, and appliances – at least 50% of the time.
- Bending, stretching, twisting, climbing, working on ladders – at least 50% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous business-to-business commercial sales experience.
- Industry-related experience in food service, laundry, housekeeping, hospitality, and/or pool and spa.
- Mechanical problem-solving experience (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and/or mechanical experience).

Compensation Package:
- Base salary range is $53,000-$58,000.
