Job Summary

Shakya Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to lead our retail team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Sales and Marketing
    • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform sales and marketing strategies.
    • Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Merchandise and Inventory
    • Select and purchase merchandise that meets the needs of our customers and aligns with our brand strategy.
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform pricing and inventory decisions.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure exceptional customer service through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
    • Proficient in electronic scheduler and database software
