About Shakya Enterprises Ltd.

We are a dynamic retail company seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer service and a clean, organized store environment.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, and create effective marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Merchandise Management: Plan and implement merchandise displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment that drives sales.
  • Financial Management: Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a retail management role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
