We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Circle K. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and management staff.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Ensure that the store is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement plans to improve sales and customer satisfaction, and to address any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a convenience store or similar environment.
- Proven track record of success in managing staff, increasing sales, and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
