Job Summary:
The Store Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operation of a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. This includes establishing and maintaining guest services, controlling expenses, and managing shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations to achieve sales and profitability goals
- Establish and maintain guest services to ensure a positive customer experience
- Control expenses and manage inventory to minimize shrink
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the consignment operator to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- 21 years of age or older
- Prior retail management experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds
