Cannabis Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Cannabis NB store in Downtown Fredericton. Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager is accountable for all aspects of the retail experience, including coaching and mentoring the team, inventory management, customer satisfaction, merchandizing, and executing on business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Coaching: Lead and coach the team through the company vision, mission, and core values, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Financial Management: Manage budget and store operational costs, driving revenue to meet and exceed corporate sales initiatives.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, order stock as needed, and complete reports to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement operational efficiencies, address and resolve problems as they arise, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
You bring a strong understanding of store operations and management processes, including profitability, health, safety, marketing, and merchandizing. You have a passion for delivering an exceptional in-store experience and ensuring that your team members have the training and skills required to help our customers select the best products for their needs.
Requirements- Education: Degree or diploma in Business Administration or similar.
- Experience: 5+ years in retail management, with a strong background in coaching and mentoring geographically-dispersed teams.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities, experience managing budgets, and strong visual merchandising skills.
