Assistant Store Manager - Powersports

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Avanti Software Inc. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the overall success of our powersports retail location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the appearance and merchandising of the store to create an engaging customer experience
  • Coach and train store personnel on product knowledge, merchandising, and customer service
  • Lead by example and demonstrate expertise in inventory management, product knowledge, and store processes
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Ensure the store is fully stocked, tidy, and well-merchandised at all times
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and goals
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of retail leadership experience
  • Strong mechanical knowledge of powersports is considered an asset
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Proficiency in computer use
  • Availability to work varying hours, including days, evenings, and weekends
