Store Team Leader Opportunity - Estée Lauder Companies

We are seeking a dedicated and charismatic Store Team Leader to join our dynamic retail team at The Cosmetic Company Store in Tanger, Ottawa, ON. As an integral part of our leadership team, you will support the smooth operation of the store, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, modeling behaviors that inspire the sales team to provide personalized, authentic customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Coach and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage store operations, including cash reconciliation, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Assist with opening and closing the store as required.
Requirements:
  • Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and special events.
  • Knowledge of retail point-of-sale software.
  • Able to provide proof of right to live and work in Canada.
