Overview: The role involves managing the Integrated Demand Planning framework and leading a team of demand analysts for designated product categories. This position emphasizes enhancing operational practices, fostering robust partnerships across various functions, and maintaining precision in forecasting and production timelines.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Integrated Business Planning process for the Canadian sector.
  • Ensure compliance with forecasting standards among cross-functional team members.
  • Evaluate consumption patterns and category trends to inform volume predictions.
  • Recognize best practices and facilitate ongoing enhancements in the supply chain.
  • Guide the team with an emphasis on discipline, proactive measures, and teamwork.
  • Encourage a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, particularly in Demand Planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, or a related discipline; MBA is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with SAP, o9, or similar ERP/APS systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Capability to lead, nurture teams, and drive transformation in demand planning processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
