Ottawa Office

Our Ottawa office specializes in public buildings for government clients and community projects, showcasing our expertise in the Security and Defence sector. We have also led historical preservation efforts, ensuring the longevity of significant Canadian landmarks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Landscape Architects, Architects, Engineers, and Planners.
  • Develop innovative technical solutions and create visually engaging graphic presentations.
  • Assist in preparing conceptual designs, design developments, and construction documents, including details and specifications.
  • Manage multiple projects and budgets while meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Prepare design briefs, cost estimates, and technical reports.
  • Oversee client and stakeholder expectations, consultant coordination, and approvals.
  • Ensure project deliverables adhere to local standards and contractual obligations.
  • Assist with contract administration and conduct site inspections.

Qualifications

  • Professional Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Landscape Architect.
  • Membership or eligibility for membership in OALA.
  • Eligibility for Federal enhanced security clearance.
  • Preferred knowledge of:
    • BIM principles and workflows.
    • REVIT software.
    • AutoCAD software.
    • Civil3D and Rhino.
    • Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Microsoft 365 environment.
