M. Davis Landscaping & Design Inc. is seeking a skilled Landscape Construction Labourer to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of work on our residential and commercial landscape construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work under the supervision of our landscape construction superintendent and foreman to ensure all work is completed to Canadian Landscape Standards.
  • Execute all areas of commercial and residential landscape construction projects, including excavation, planting, and hardscaping.
  • Participate in daily Pre-job Safety Assessments (PSAs) and weekly toolbox safety talks to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Use equipment, protective devices, and clothing according to legislation and Davis Landscaping safe work practices.
  • Report all incidents, unsafe conditions, and unidentified hazards to your supervisor.
  • Ensure pre-use inspections for equipment are completed prior to use.
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety policies, including WHMIS, 4 Step Health & Safety Awareness, Workplace Violence & Harassment for Workers, and AODA.
