Risk Management Leader

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Leader to join our team at Northbridge Financial Corporation. As a Risk Services Manager, you will be responsible for delivering advanced risk management techniques and implementing department direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the provision of Risk Services advisory, consulting, training, and education services in an assigned region.
- Manage the operational day-to-day functions of the department and staff.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with brokers and/or customers.
- Apply best business practices towards advanced risk management techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years industry experience and 5 years as a leader.
- University Degree or College Diploma and/or industry-specific experience in a similar position.
- Strong verbal, presentation, and written skills in English and French.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making abilities, and time management skills.
- Advanced instructional techniques, customer relationship management, analytical skills.
- Possession of a valid driver's license in good standing.
