About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at SVEN Solutions. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to support the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Requirements: Identify current and prospective staffing needs to ensure the right talent is in place to drive business results.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Develop and implement effective strategies to source and attract top candidates, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Screening and Selection: Screen and select candidates based on their skills, experience, and fit for the role, ensuring a high-quality pool of candidates for our hiring managers.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Recruitment Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to ensure it is efficient, effective, and aligned with our business goals.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
