About the Role
UPS is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Delivery Specialists. This temporary and seasonal part-time role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while delivering packages directly to customers' doorsteps.
Your Responsibilities
- Retrieve packages from designated locations and efficiently load them into your personal vehicle.
- Deliver packages to residential addresses with a focus on exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and ensure timely completion of routes.
Shift Details
This position requires availability Monday through Friday between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM, with a minimum commitment of 3-5 hours per day. Start times typically fall between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate of $17.30 per hour.
- Mileage reimbursement at a rate of $0.59 per kilometer driven.
Qualifications
- Meet local age and operational requirements for driving a vehicle.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to utilize your personal vehicle for deliveries.
