Procurement Specialist Job Description

At Alshwiti International Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchase equipment, materials, and services in accordance with company specifications and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Review and analyze quotations to ensure best value for the company.
  • Establish and manage delivery schedules to meet business needs.
  • Monitor progress of delivery schedules and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with clients and suppliers to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure efficient and effective supply chain management.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
