You are a seasoned PMIS Specialist with over 5 years of post-graduate experience, seeking your next challenge or currently engaged in a similar role within a comparable environment.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate client environments and their existing challenges using a structured methodology to identify, develop, and implement a digital solution that is tailored to their needs and enables them to achieve their desired outcomes and benefits;
  2. Create design documentation and technical specifications, encompassing both functional and non-functional solution requirements along with comprehensive data processes;
  3. Spot opportunities for enhancement and advocate for these within our teams while also motivating others through commitment and enthusiasm;
  4. Promote and exemplify an inclusive team culture centered on service excellence and outstanding performance;
  5. Translate client data and digital strategies into actionable plans that yield tangible improvements and lead performance enhancement initiatives;
  6. Develop small-scale applications that can be deployed for client use or for internal purposes;
  7. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to successfully fulfill client deliverables.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  1. A robust background in delivering digital transformation and related consultancy projects in relevant sectors such as real estate, transportation, utilities, power generation, manufacturing, defense, or government.
  2. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  3. Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and possessing strong problem-solving skills.
  4. Experience in Data and Digital roles such as Digital Consultant, Digital Architect, Technology Specialist, System Developer, or equivalent.
  5. Familiarity with the following topics in a delivery or consulting context is essential:
    • Business analysis methodologies and frameworks.
    • Digital strategy and transformation.
    • Data strategy, including architecture, modeling, governance, and literacy.
    • Experience in extracting, integrating, and querying large datasets from diverse sources.
    • Experience in establishing and maintaining automated management information and analytics solutions.
  6. Familiarity with any of the following topics in a delivery or consulting context is advantageous:
    • Experience in implementing and managing PMIS (Program / Project Management Information Systems) such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, Kahua, Aconex, Unifier, etc.
    • Experience in implementing and managing Program Controls platforms that oversee cost, risk, schedule, quality, health, and safety.
    • Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.
    • Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, SQL.
    • Understanding of Infrastructure-as-a-Service, Platform-as-a-Service, and Software-as-a-Service.
    • Experience in unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
Qualifications
  1. A degree in a relevant field such as Computer/Data Science, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Commerce, Engineering, or equivalent.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in areas such as management consulting, business management, software development, project management, or information technology.
