Your Role
Deliverect is witnessing impressive regional growth, and we are in search of a strategic and relationship-oriented Enterprise Account Manager to develop long-lasting partnerships with our key clients. Utilizing your strong analytical and interpersonal skills, you will manage a portfolio of enterprise clients in the Quick Service Restaurants and E-commerce sectors, fostering deeper connections and identifying new revenue opportunities within existing accounts. As a trusted advisor, you will significantly influence Deliverect's success and guide our enterprise clients across North America.
Daily Responsibilities
  • Analyze operational challenges faced by enterprise clients, using your analytical skills to pinpoint inefficiencies and devise tailored solutions to enhance workflow and integrate Deliverect's offerings.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and delivering compelling value propositions that align with client objectives.
  • Build enduring relationships with clients through open communication and proactive engagement, leveraging your interpersonal skills to foster trust and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Account Management, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Technical Support, to address client needs comprehensively and develop innovative strategies that align with client goals.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and promote the adoption of innovative products to drive revenue growth, utilizing data-driven insights to recognize unmet needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Advocate for Deliverect's product internally, serving as the voice of the customer and participating in discussions to ensure continuous improvement aligns with client expectations.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of Multi-Brand and Virtual Brand operations, using your industry expertise to customize solutions that optimize efficiency and maximize value.
  • Empower clients through comprehensive product training, creating engaging training materials and conducting hands-on sessions to help clients fully leverage Deliverect's offerings.
Your Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management or a similar role, with a proven track record of managing complex client relationships and driving business growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, including operational trends and challenges faced by restaurant chains and multi-brand operators.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as HubSpot/Salesforce, Zendesk, and Planhat for efficient account management and strategic decision-making.
  • KPI-driven mindset focused on achieving targets and leveraging data analytics for continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a customer-centric approach, actively listening to client needs and fostering strong relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and determination to succeed, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively while maintaining high-quality work under pressure.
  • Energetic and hands-on approach with a passion for Deliverect products, eager to tackle complex challenges and drive growth through impactful client interactions.
