Store Operations Manager

Job Title: SupervisorAs a Supervisor at Savers / Value Village, you will play a critical role in the success of your store. You will make important decisions that directly impact the success of your store every day and continuously develop and empower your Team Members.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Retail Team Members to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Make decisions that impact the success of your store, including inventory management, customer service, and team development.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
- Provide coaching and feedback to Team Members to help them grow and develop in their roles.
- Comprehensive onboarding and training from day one.
- In-house expertise Our training department / Savers University develops and delivers robust training to every team member across our organization — from new hires to senior executives.
