Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced retail leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager at Warehouse One - The Jean Store. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Model outstanding customer service and lead by example to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
- Take ownership of store sales performance and operations, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
- Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential and meet sales targets
- Manage store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Participate in store housekeeping and visual displays to ensure a clean and visually appealing store environment
- A competitive hourly rate of $18.00 per hour
- Bonus pay opportunities to reward sales performance

- A flexible schedule with opportunities for overtime
- A casual dress code and on-site parking
- 2+ years of retail leadership experience, preferably in a fashion or apparel store
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move merchandise
