Store Operations Manager

The Salvation Army is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Thrift Store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the store's profitability by implementing national and regional standards in sales, customer service, merchandising, marketing, public relations, and staff training.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the store's operations, including sales, customer service, and staff management
- Implement national and regional standards to ensure store profitability
- Develop and maintain a collaborative and positive workplace culture
- Build long-term relationships with guests, donors, and the local community
- Provide leadership in all areas of the store, including merchandising, marketing, and public relations
- Completion of College Diploma
- Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
- 2-3 years of retail experience required
- Willingness to develop an understanding and support for The Salvation Army's mission and purpose
- Ability to work in compliance with OH&S Act and Regulations and abide by The Salvation Army's health and safety policies and procedures
- Ability to provide an original copy of a Background Check that is satisfactory to The Salvation Army
- Strong people and collaborative abilities
