Job Responsibilities:

- Manage incoming shipments from various facilities, vendors, and customer returns. Ensure proper stocking of products received from manufacturing facilities and vendors. Restock items returned by customers. Report any damaged, missing, or used products to the warehouse or distribution manager. Many items are manually stored in case good quantities.

- Accurately fulfill customer orders to guarantee the correct product, size, and quantity. Retrieve orders based on picking slips or greenbar reports. Orders will be prepared for truck line shipments, SRD's, and CPU's. Equipment utilized will include two-wheelers, carts, forklifts, and order pickers. This role requires lifting case goods, pails, and drums.

- Complete picking slips with accurate shipping information, label products, and wrap pallets for truck line pickup. Ensure outbound trucks are loaded safely. All paperwork must comply with DOT regulations.

- Act as a substitute for the warehouse/distribution manager in their absence. Perform additional duties as required, including but not limited to ordering trucks, conducting cycle counts, managing physical inventory, training, audits, communication with truck lines, and maintaining housekeeping standards. Participate in Kaizen events and other ZBS initiatives, and be capable of executing distribution duties, including shipping full truckloads to other Zep distribution centers, managing truck shipping dates, running morning production backorder reports, and ensuring effective communication with full truckload carriers.
