Position Overview

As a key member of our logistics team, the Warehouse Logistics Coordinator will be instrumental in the process of receiving, storing, and managing inventory. This role involves the meticulous verification and documentation of products as they arrive. Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment safely and effectively is paramount. Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail will make you an essential part of our operational framework.

This position also requires engaging with clients, necessitating excellent customer service abilities.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming products; Confirm the condition and quantity of goods received
  • Unload delivery vehicles and organize items within the storage area
  • Input data for accepted shipments
  • Assist in the preparation of outgoing orders as required
  • Operate a forklift and other warehouse machinery
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team atmosphere

Required Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in French and English
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
  • Adaptability and resourcefulness in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient in computer applications (Outlook)
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license; Forklift operation experience
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in tasks
