Required Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Valid registration as a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse.
- Successful completion of a clinical practicum in a mental health environment.
Knowledge & Skills
- Proven understanding of psychiatric care methodologies.
- Capability to conduct nursing evaluations and implement interventions.
- Ability to handle conflict situations and manage aggressive behaviors effectively.
