Office Operations Specialist

Maximum Technologies Ltd. is seeking an Office Operations Specialist to enhance our administrative team. In this role, you will play a vital part in facilitating the efficient functioning of our office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate workshops, meetings, and other events.
  • Oversee the flow of information within the department.
  • Manage and supervise daily office activities.
  • Document minutes during meetings and discussions.
  • Develop and implement office protocols and workflows.
  • Arrange and confirm appointments.
  • Maintain and manage office supplies and stock levels.
  • Plan travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Keep filing systems and databases organized.
  • Execute data entry and assist with customer inquiries.
  • Conduct assessments and review workplace performance.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college program or equivalent (3 months to less than 1 year).
  • Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work autonomously with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong team player.
  • Employment Type: Permanent, Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
