About the Role

Mandala Business Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Quality Programs: Design and implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct Quality Audits: Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure that quality standards are met.
  • Collect and Analyze Data: Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in our quality processes.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality control, to ensure that quality standards are met.
  • Develop and Maintain Quality Documentation: Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, policies, and standards.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in data analysis software, database software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Security and Safety: Basic security clearance.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, initiative, organized, team player, values and ethics.
