About the Role

Vyoma Global Inc. is seeking a skilled IT Solutions Expert to join our team. As an IT Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify their requirements and provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies and procedures to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle, ensuring quality assurance practices and software products meet the highest standards.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, and resolve conflict situations as needed.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Permanent work term and 35 hours per week.
  • Work language: English.
