Aviva is seeking a highly skilled Claims Risk Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Claims Risk Assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our claims processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the development and implementation of quality assurance plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Aviva's risk appetite.
  • Provide expert guidance on risk management and quality assurance practices to claims teams and stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and audits of claims processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with claims teams and stakeholders to develop and implement corrective actions to address identified issues.
  • Support the development and maintenance of quality metrics and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Conduct external vendor audits to ensure compliance with contractual processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with internal investigations and issue tracking to ensure timely resolution of issues.

**Requirements**

  • 6 or more years of relevant claims experience, with a focus on risk management and quality assurance.
  • Prior experience in a similar role or in a related field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence change in a complex environment.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional and technical development.
