Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Victoria Square Entertainment Centre Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
    • Train and develop sales staff to meet the needs of our customers and drive sales growth.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, cash handling, and reporting.
    • Ensure the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner, meeting the standards of Victoria Square Entertainment Centre Ltd.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure customer feedback is collected and acted upon to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
