About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Floor Sales Associate at Precious Jewels. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stock Management: Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and sales floor, ensuring that products are easily accessible and visually appealing.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders, including ringing up sales and handling returns or exchanges.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving and stocking new merchandise.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure that sales floor displays are visually appealing and well-maintained.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other sales team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Experience an asset
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
