Floor Sales Associate

We are seeking a skilled Floor Clerk to join our team at PRECIOUS JEWELS. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Direct customers to the location of articles sought, provide product information, and resolve customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Stockroom Management: Unpack products received by the store, count, weigh, or sort items, and record incoming stock.
- Visual Merchandising: Stock shelves and display areas, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
- Operations: Perform general cleaning duties, operate cash registers, and process electronic transactions using computer equipment.
- Inventory Management: Order stock and maintain accurate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Experience an asset
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
