We supply our stores with gently-used, one-of-a-kind items that have been donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations. We purchase these items directly from our nonprofit partners, redirecting billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and on to our store racks and shelves for reuse, and providing our partners with valuable funding for their community-based programs and services.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Floor Associate to join our team. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will create an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and other team members. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing excellent customer service and supporting the sales floor team.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, donors, and team members
- Work collaboratively with the sales floor team to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Process donations and maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management
- Support the team in achieving sales goals and objectives
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
