Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Floor Associate to join our team. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will create an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and other team members. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing excellent customer service and supporting the sales floor team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, donors, and team members
  • Work collaboratively with the sales floor team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Process donations and maintain a clean and organized sales floor
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management
  • Support the team in achieving sales goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
