Job Title: Management Consultant - Organizational Change Management Lead

Job Summary:

Total Systems Solutions Consulting Inc. is seeking a seasoned Management Consultant - Organizational Change Management Lead to join our team and lead organizational change management, training, and communications activities in projects with a scope and scale similar to the Integrated Project Services (IPS) initiative.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading teams in consensus building, translating objectives into business plans, and managing working relationships within a complex policy environment. They will also have expertise in business process integration, articulation, development, and promotion of service delivery models, as well as analytical techniques, change management, technology implementations, and development of communications plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead organizational change management activities, including developing and implementing change management plans, conducting stakeholder analysis, and identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to support organizational change, including training needs assessments, curriculum development, and facilitation of training sessions.
  • Design and implement effective communications strategies to engage stakeholders and promote organizational change, including development of communication plans, messaging, and materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate organizational change management, training, and communications activities into project plans and deliverables.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on organizational change management, training, and communications best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational change management, training, and communications, with a focus on leading teams and projects in a complex policy environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective change management plans, training programs, and communications strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and develop creative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and build strong working relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
