About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Haris Farooq Canadian Immigration Consultant Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our immigration consulting firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our immigration consultants, including preparing documents, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with coordinating projects, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Reporting and Data Entry: Prepare and submit reports, as well as enter data into our database to maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
