We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Holland Motor Hotel. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Communication: Coordinate and facilitate communication between team members, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating events, seminars, and conferences.
  • Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements for team members and ensure that all necessary documents are in order.
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, accurate, client-focused, reliable, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Office.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
